Here at Inside Out Studios we conduct fun, energetic and progressive personal training sessions. We create a format of sessions tailored to your needs to help you reach the targets you set. There are many methods we use in aid of your lifestyle and all will be beneficial to improving your health and well-being. We go by a progressive method in that every session is different, and slightly harder. This philosophy enables the body to keep adapting to the physical stress applied during exercise and in turn will transform your body. We would like to offer new customers a 30 minute Personal Training taster session to relieve the stress of committing to something long term. We offer an easy consultation session to explore the areas the client would like to improve on. This is then followed by a fitness testing session to grab those very valuable baseline results. The course of sessions or classes then take place and regular reviews will be conducted to monitor progression.
