Who We Are

At Inside Out Studios we have a range of trainers and products designed to create a new health for people inside their bodies as well as outside of their bodies. We have a keen ambition to try and educate, instruct and transform peoples bad lifestyle habits and create a new structured regime to enable longevity of life for everyone. We pride ourselves in our knowledge of the human body and the biomechanics of movements. We express this with thoughtful, creative exercise sessions both 1-2-1 and in a group based formats. We portray ourselves to be the best coaches in the area and will continue to improve everyones lives as we can. We use a variety of different methods in the health and fitness industry and cater for all clientele needs. There is nothing we can’t tackle and help with.

Daniel Fry

Daniel is a highly trained individual specialising in Personal Training, sports event training and group classes. Over the years of playing high level football, his knowledge in the health and fitness industry has grown in capability and he is now training some athletes and helping people achieve their personal goals whatever they may be. His sessions are tailor made to client targets and uses a wide variety exercises to create fun, energetic fitness regimes.

Sian O'Connor

Sian is our RYT 200hr Yoga alliance accredited Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. Sian delivers a dynamic flow based class that both challenges and calms the body, mind and soul. Each class is an hour and finishes with a Savasana massage using one of her home made massage creams to leave you feeling relaxed, reset and recharged. Sians classes and 1:2:1 sessions are suitable to all levels, beginners, total newbies or yogi pros welcome.

Daniel Ratcliffe

Personal Trainer with a history and hands on experience in competitive boxing. Currently defender of the EBA English Title. I specialise with clients whose main focus is on functional fitness and fight preparation.
